Strengthened Connections: Celebrating Female Entrepreneurship

The meeting, organized by IME USA, under the creation of Luciana Mitri (@lu.mitri) – founder of the Inspirando Mulheres Empreendedoras program, brought together great female personalities, connecting women from different parts of the world, with the aim of exchanging inspiration and motivation to undertake.

For Giulianna Carbonari Meneghello, president of MUST University, who spoke on the Education and Business panel, the event’s program was very inspiring. “An incredible exchange of experiences, where each entrepreneur present can share the leading role in their own story”, he declares.

Moderated by journalist and speaker Izabella Camargo (@izabellacamargoreal) and produced by Ana Alice Vieira Soares (@anaalicemiami), this edition of Inspirando Mulheres Empreendedoras (@Inspirandomulheresempreendedoras) brought together more than 22 speakers, who shared fundamental topics for the success of female entrepreneurship , focusing on business prosperity in a sustainable way, without compromising quality of life.

Program highlights

On the first day of the program (11/18), the highlighted theme was “Self-knowledge and Health”, and featured a beautiful performance by dancers with visual impairments, under the command of Fernanda Bianchini – founder of Cia Ballet de Cegos.

Cia Ballet de Cegos is an award-winning ballet company that has an innovative methodology for boys and girls with visual impairments, taking them to performances at the main dance festivals in Brazil and abroad.

Still on the first day of this rich immersion, enriching lectures were presented, such as that by Izabella Camargo, who addressed the topic “Identity Update”; “Body Activity and Connection”, by Renata Abreu; “From dream to reality: how to adapt to a new culture and prosper”, by Claudia Avelar and Fe Poleza; “How to transform the impossible into possible through faith and courage to prosper”, by Mari Toson; “How to practice fullness”?, by Ali Klemt; “How to balance emotions and preserve relationships”, Luigi and Andreia Baricelli; and “Dance as change”, by Cris Linhares.

On November 19th, the central theme was Education and Business, with a presentation by speakers Eliane Zanluchi – “Transform your brain into your greatest ally”; Rosana Bernardes – “How to turn your story into a business”; Thiago Godoy and Jonathan Duque – “How to plan financially”; Gabriela Mendel – “Timing and Synchronicity in business and life; Ana Paula Zuppi and Ana Alice Soares – “Opportunities and challenges”; Maria Anselme – “Weaving a great deal”; Tatiana Mandelli – “Beyond the surf”; Juliana Vasilian – “Human Resilience”; and Giulianna Carbonari Meneghello – “Education is your heritage”.

All speakers received an international certificate granted by MUST University, official supporter of the event. “I can’t wait for the next edition of Inspirando Mulheres Empreendedoras. Congratulations to all the speakers and the IME-USA organization!” says Giulianna.
