Hispanos Unidos and MUST University hold the first edition of the “Entre Tazas y Temas” program in Palm Beach

Last Saturday, April 5th, the first edition of the program took place “Between Cups and Topics”, an initiative by the organization Hispanos Unidos, in partnership with MUST University, aimed at strengthening and empowering the Hispanic community in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Held at the Palm Beach Public Library, the meeting was attended by several members of the community and its central theme was financial education, providing practical guidance on how to take control of personal and family finances.

In addition to the free educational content, participants were able to enjoy a welcoming environment, with coffee and sweets, a space for networking and a supervised kids area, with games and books for children.

The event is part of a cycle of four free meetings throughout the year, with topics that directly impact the daily lives of the region’s Hispanic population: finances, legal rights, health and education.

Next meetings of the program “Between Cups and Topics” in 2025:

  • June 28th – Legal Theme: Know your rights!
  • September – Health Theme: Your health matters!
  • November – Education Theme: Invest in your future!

The project’s purpose is to offer accessible information, create meaningful connections and strengthen ties between the Hispanic community and fundamental sectors of society, such as the judiciary, the health system, the financial and educational sectors.

For the president of MUST University, Giulianna C. Meneghello, supporting the program is a way of giving back and valuing a community essential for building a more just and collaborative future: “The Hispanic community is vibrant, resilient and plays a fundamental role in the social and economic transformation of the United States. Supporting initiatives like ‘Entre Tazas y Temas’ is fully aligned with MUST’s mission, which is to promote inclusion, access to education and empowerment through knowledge”, highlights Giulianna.
