MASTER PROGRAM - 36 CREDITS / 18 MONTHS
MUST University’s Master’s Degree in International Business program was developed to prepare students for opportunities in multinational industries and organizations. Students will develop leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of cultural business issues, international regulations and strategic planning needed to succeed in today’s dynamic global market. Other areas of focus include the challenges of expansion, use of technology and effective decision-making on an international scale.
Students who graduate from the Master's degree in International Business will be able to:
• Develop comprehensive strategic business plans for global expansion.
• Understand regulatory and compliance requirements for hiring and international management of foreign and remote employees.
• Assess the appropriate and necessary technologies to sustain and protect infrastructure, data, and proprietary information.
• Analyze competitive markets and the economic and political factors that affect them.
• Assess currency and exchange rate fluctuations and determine how they affect investments and financial planning.
