MUST University Attends CONCARH 2024

The event celebrates diverse journeys essential for building a more inclusive, enriching, and humane society!

After standing out at Expo Gestão 2024 in Joinville (SC), MUST University is preparing to participate in the largest People Management congress in Southern Brazil – CONCARH.

In its 34th edition, the event will occupy 8,000 square meters of the Centro Sul in Florianópolis and will gather more than 3,600 professionals, leaders, suppliers, influencers, and Human Resources managers on July 11 and 12. It will be two days of immersion in one of the most complex and challenging topics of today: People Management.

Tiago Felix dos Santos Porfirio, a faculty member of the master’s programs in Business and Organizational Psychology at MUST University, will deliver a lecture entitled “The Importance of Process Management in People Management.” Recognized as the youngest university professor in Brazil from 2021 to 2023 and currently the youngest Brazilian to teach at an American university, both records validated by RankBrasil – Brazilian Records, Tiago Felix Porfirio will present at the Expo Arena on July 11, from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM.

“The theme highlights the importance of structuring and managing work processes assertively in people management. Working with well-defined workflows allows us to fully appreciate human capabilities in the workplace, bringing significant benefits to the organization,” emphasizes Tiago Porfirio.

In addition to the lecture, MUST University will have a booth, creating valuable networking and experience-sharing opportunities among participants.

“MUST University’s presence at events like CONCARH is fundamental to demonstrating our ongoing commitment to excellence in education and people management. We are dedicated to using our knowledge and experience to drive progress towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We believe that by sharing our innovative practices and promoting constructive debates, we significantly contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive future,” reveals Giulianna C.
