MUST University has just signed an important partnership with the Cooperative for Polytechnic and University Higher Education (CESPU), one of the most respected educational institutions in Portugal and Europe. The agreement aims to expand academic offerings, providing students with access to an educational structure of excellence and encouraging exchange between the two institutions.
The collaboration will enable the creation of integrated master’s and doctoral programs, with dual degrees valid in both the United States and Portugal. The partnership also provides for joint applied research, academic exchanges, lectures, and seminars.
“The partnership is important for MUST, as CESPU is a well-established and highly respected educational institution in Portugal and Europe in general. The two institutions also intend to develop joint courses, such as master’s degrees, and students will have access to degrees from both the US and Portugal. Portugal has excelled in applied research, and MUST and CESPU professors will be able to conduct joint research, in addition to exchanges, lectures, and seminars,” said Professor Debora Leite, Institutional Relations at MUST University in Portugal.
In addition, through its partnership with CESPU, MUST University has secured a space in Guimarães, in northern Portugal, granted by CESPU itself. At this location, MUST will share facilities with renowned institutions such as the University of Minho, the Santas Casas de Misericórdia Research Center, and the University of Porto, which are among the country’s leading public universities.
With this alliance, MUST University strengthens its international presence and reinforces its commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and global collaboration in higher education.
