MUST University, in partnership with Inspirando Mulheres Empreendedoras (IME), held the IV Annual Meeting on December 6, 2024, at Tivoli Ecoresort, Praia do Forte, Bahia. The meeting was part of the special program to celebrate IME’s five years.
The event marked MUST University’s first regional meeting in Bahia, reinforcing the university’s commitment to fostering meaningful connections between students, teachers and local leaders. The occasion offered an exclusive environment for exchanging experiences, learning and strengthening contact networks, with an inspiring program aimed at women entrepreneurs and leaders from different sectors.

The day was full of talks and panels focused on leadership, personal development and social impact. Among the highlights:
Opening and special tributes
The vice-mayor of Salvador, Ana Paula Matos, and businesswoman and social activist Rosemma Maluf shared their trajectories of leadership and contribution to society, inspiring the public with their stories.
Expert talks
The event featured inspiring talks led by renowned experts.
Fábio Rocha addressed the topic “Intergenerational Leadership”, highlighting the importance of integrating different generations in the corporate environment to strengthen teams and achieve better results.
Edu Santos presented the lecture “Mental Capital”, discussing strategies for developing and managing the cognitive and emotional potential of people as fundamental assets in organizations.
Cezar Almeida closed the talks with “Leader Trekking”, an innovative approach that connects the challenges of leadership with the lessons learned on outdoor expeditions, promoting insights into resilience, teamwork and overcoming.
Sandra Teschner, founder of the Hapiness Institute of Brazil, brought reflections on “The Science of Happiness”, exploring how the application of practices based on positive psychology can transform the personal and professional lives of participants.
Panel with inspiring leaders
Mediated by Giulianna Carbonari Meneghello, the panel brought together prominent female names, such as Deborah Costa, Luciane Soutello, Maria Anselmi, Simone Sancho and Vanda Witoto, who discussed challenges and achievements in the entrepreneurship and leadership scenario.
The IV Annual Meeting was more than an event – it represented an opportunity to promote the exchange of ideas and strengthen the female presence in decision-making and impact spaces.
Special closing
The event ended on a high note, presenting the public with a vibrant show by singer Elly Nascimento & Banda. With lots of samba, pagode and axé, the Bahian swing infected the audience, providing a moment of celebration and relaxation that reflected the unique energy of Bahia.
