ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Optimize organizations and empower employees through a social science lens.

This program is intended to prepare students from different areas for actions on current and emerging themes which interface with Psychology, Business, and Economic Sciences. It focuses on topics of interest to organizations and their employees to ensure and reconcile the importance of business with the people’s needs. Topics related to work and how they affect the life of the individual, his or her family and the environment are addressed. Experimentation with everyday assessment and intervention techniques are part of the requirements for completing the course. In addition to experimentation, students will have the opportunity to produce research and/or reports on the topics covered.

Online Education: MUST University offer a comprehensive distance learning program, allowing students to complete their chosen course of study entirely online through the university’s dedicated platform. These distance education courses maintain rigorous curriculum, academic structure, and high standards. Students access their classes using their assigned login credentials. The programs utilize both synchronous and asynchronous learning methods, where course materials, activities, and assignments are distributed weekly, ensuring students can achieve the course objectives at their own pace.
